Remember:

In order to drop an online course without receiving a failing grade, a student must complete an Withdrawal Form from the Registrar's Office.
- Courses dropped before the end of the seventh week will receive a grade of W (Withdrew) without affecting GPA.
- Those who withdraw passing after the seventh week will receive WP (Withdrew Passing) without affecting GPA.
- Those who withdraw failing after the seventh week will receive WF (Withdrew Failing) which translates as an F into the GPA.
All miscellaneous fees are non-refundable.
Refunds on tuition for online courses will be made as follows:
- During the first week: 100%
- During the second week: 40%
- After the second week no refund will be made.
Note: You must notify the Registrar in writing by at least noon on the last business day of the above-indicated weeks in order to receive the refund. Email Registrar
