Entrance requirements for admission to
Vennard College include the following:

- A completed Application
Packet with the application fee submitted
to the Director of Admissions.
|
- A high school transcript must be
sent directly from the applicant's high school to Vennard.
A 2.5 grade
point average on a 4.00 scale is required for
admission. lf the high school transcript is submitted
prior to graduation, a final transcript must be sent
following graduation. In the event an applicant is NOT
a high school graduate, she or he must complete the
GED,
or its equivalent, prior to matriculation as a student.

- Students wishing to transfer to Vennard College must
submit official
transcripts from EACH college attended.
The acceptance of transfer credit will be on an individual
basis and according to correlation with the programs
of Vennard College and accreditation guidelines.

- An ACT test score
of 18 or above on the English and Reading,
OR an SAT score of 870 is required for admission
to the College. Some majors may require a higher ACT
score by the end of the sophomore year. Applicants should
arrange to take the ACT as early as possible to insure
admission to the College.

- All application
materials must be received before acceptance
may be granted. The Admissions Department will notify
the applicant the acceptance decision.

Upon notification of acceptance,
the applicant must confirm the intention to enroll by
the submission of a $50
tuition deposit. The tuition deposit
is applied toward the student's tuition upon enrollment.
A $50 room deposit
is required for on-campus student housing.
